Who we are
Dominic’s Doggie Den is a family-run boarding facility at 18721 SE 45th Service Rd, Dearborn, MO 64439. You can reach us on (816) 533-8011 or at dominicsdoggieden@gmail.com.
What we collect
If you fill in the contact form on this site, we receive whatever you type into it: your name, email address, phone number, your dog’s name and breed, the dates you are asking about, and your message. We only use that to reply to you and to arrange your dog’s stay.
This website does not run analytics, advertising trackers, or its own cookies.
Booking through our portal
Reservations are handled by our booking system at our client portal, which is provided by Kennel Connection. When you create an account or make a booking there, you are giving your information to that service, and their privacy policy applies to it rather than this one.
The Facebook post on our homepage
Our homepage displays one of our Facebook posts using Facebook’s own embed. That embed is loaded from Meta’s servers, and Meta may set cookies or record that your browser loaded it, whether or not you click anything. We do not control that and we do not receive any of it. If you would rather avoid it, most ad and tracker blockers will stop the embed from loading, and the page still works without it.
Photographs of your dog
We take photographs of the dogs staying with us and send them to owners. We also post some of them publicly on our Facebook page. Tell us at drop-off if you would rather your dog was not posted publicly, and we will keep their photos to you only.
Who we share information with
We do not sell your information and we do not share it for marketing. We share it only where we have to: with our booking system, and with a veterinarian if your dog needs care while in our charge.
How long we keep it
We keep client records and enquiry emails for six months. If you board with us regularly, we keep them for one year, so we are not asking you for the same details every visit.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email dominicsdoggieden@gmail.com or call (816) 533-8011 and we will sort it out.
Children
This site is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.
